Information we collect
We collect the mobile number used for sign-in, profile and delivery details, order preferences, uploaded files, payment references, serviceability location, and support communications needed to operate Nearby Prints. With your browser permission, checkout uses your device location to confirm delivery distance and request locality and postal-code suggestions from BigDataCloud. You can review and edit the suggested address before ordering.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate your account, calculate and fulfil orders, take payment, provide delivery and status updates, prevent abuse, resolve support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your documents or use their contents for advertising.
Document security and retention
Production files are stored in private encrypted cloud storage. Only authorised operators can request short-lived download links for fulfilment. Uploaded production files are scheduled for automatic deletion within 30 days. Order, payment and support records may be retained longer where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes or legal compliance.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Nearby Prints does not store complete card, bank or UPI credentials. We use service providers including AWS for hosting, authentication, storage and transactional messaging, and BigDataCloud for client-side locality and postal-code lookup after location permission is granted.
Your choices
You may deny browser location permission, but a verified delivery location is required to place a delivery order. You can correct suggested address details before continuing. You may also ask us to correct profile information or request account assistance. Some transaction records may need to be retained even after an account request.
