Service and eligibility
Nearby Prints provides made-to-order printing and local delivery where serviceability is confirmed during checkout. You must provide accurate contact, file, print and delivery information. We may decline unsupported, unlawful, unsafe, infringing or capacity-limited requests and refund any eligible payment.
Your files and selections
You confirm that you have the right to reproduce submitted material. You are responsible for selecting the correct pages, copies, colour mode, orientation and instructions. Screen and printer colours may differ, and trimming or scaling may vary slightly.
Pricing, packages and wallet
The final amount shown before payment is authoritative. Package allowances apply to one order and unused sides do not carry forward. Excess sides are charged at the displayed regular rate. Promotional and referral wallet credit may be used only for eligible Nearby Prints orders, has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
Payments and delivery
Orders are prepaid through the available secure payment methods or eligible wallet credit. An order is confirmed only after payment is verified. Delivery windows are estimates and can change because of file issues, capacity, weather, access or other operational circumstances.
Customer conduct
Do not upload malicious, illegal, abusive or unauthorised material or attempt to misuse pricing, referrals, payments or authentication. We may restrict accounts used for abuse or fraud.
